·         Act as a reliever or substitute dispatcher in cases of unplanned absences and emergencies.

·         Check all finished products for delivery before loading onto the truck to ensure accurate quantities.

·         Take responsibility for loading and unloading items from the delivery truck.

·         Assist the driver in locating customer addresses and maneuvering the truck.  

·         Support other departments in transporting items to be delivered or transferred to other areas.

·         Provide assistance to other sections while waiting for sales documents or a driver.

·         Help the driver in cleaning the truck.

·         Prepare trip tickets for every route.

·         Coordinate with other departments regarding items for delivery based on the delivery plan and schedule.

·         Train and motivate newly hired delivery personnel.
