Location : Quezon City, Metro Manila
ü Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
ü Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
ü Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
ü File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
ü Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
ü Develop and maintain a filing system
ü Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
ü Make travel arrangements
ü Document expenses and hand in reports
ü Undertake occasional receptionist duties
